This Shipping Policy applies to all customers worldwide, unless otherwise stated.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 72 hours (3 business days).
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may vary slightly.
Shipping Times
Delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates only.
Typical delivery times are as follows (depending on destination and shipping method):
● Next Business Day Delivery (where available)
Orders must be placed before 2pm (local warehouse time) on business days.
Delivery takes place on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
● Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
● Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
International deliveries may take longer depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
● Weather conditions
● Public holidays
● Customs processing
● Courier operational delays
● Natural events
While delivery is handled by third-party carriers, we will always assist in resolving any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Orders may be shipped from different fulfilment centres worldwide, depending on stock availability.

Pre-Orders
Products marked as pre-order are temporarily out of stock but available for advance purchase.
The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.
Provided stock arrives as expected, pre-orders will be shipped on or shortly after the stated date.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not already been shipped.
Please note that some orders may be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at
info@bennela.com
Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or returned parcels due to incorrect address details.
Delivery & Missed Deliveries
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
If you instruct the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivered.
If delivery is unsuccessful:
● The parcel may be redirected to a courier depot
● You may be required to collect it or pay for re-delivery
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority.
● These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless stated
● Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees
● Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund issued.
