This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all customers worldwide and should be read alongside our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning any item, you must contact us at

to obtain return authorisation.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
● Unused
● In original condition
● In original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
● If a return is due to a fault, damage, or an item not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
● If a customer wishes to return an item for reasons other than a fault or damage, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Inspection of Returns
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If an item is returned as faulty or damaged but is found to be:
● Fully functional, or
● Damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear,
we reserve the right to:
● Reject the refund,
● Deduct return shipping costs, or
● Return the item to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All products are carefully packaged; however, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
● Your order number
● Clear photo or video evidence
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution, at no additional cost where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

● Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage
● Items returned after 30 days
● Seasonal or limited-time products
● Items not returned in original condition
Refunds

If approved:
